Classes start tomorrow...

I need to get whey Protein to make shakes after a workout each day, but I will be eating 3 meals a day to start + 1 shake

I'm trying to gain A LOT and then I will cut before swimsuit season! I'm really trying to focus on my goal Picture and just work on getting there this year.

My goal: Gain Muscle while maintaining fat %

did you read Tom venuto's "Burn the fat, feed the muscle"-Bible? maybe Adam Water's brandnew "RTP Transformation-system" is also something for you?

Good kluck for your 2009-project, I am convinced you will make it.
