Focus on the P!
Today, I'm starting to post in the mornings for it will be more consistent than at night. Today, I'm planning on doing an Ab Workout along with 20 minutes of cardio to cut down on some of the fat from gaining while I build. I'm gonna try to make time today to get some protein.

First DAY
Well this marks the end of the longest day of my academic school life haha :). Nah, it wasn't too bad, and I almost didn't have the energy to workout, but to my surprise it boosted my energy levels immensely and gave me an opportunity to get out some frustration. I am really gonna go hard core on weights from now on, I thinks it;s the only real way to see improvement. I'm also aware of my limits, so I won't get hurt.
So here's my accountability:

Eternal Pain...I don't think so
This first quarter has been quite an exciting experience for me however shook up a lot of the solid foundation I built this summer. I did not post at all this quarter for several reasons and really just because the whole experience was somewhat overwhelming. I know I'm still not completely settled in and on my feet, but this next quarter and starting today, I would really like to get back on my feet.
I came to the realization that without objective measurement and accountability your mind can distort your body into anything. This is the reason I need to blog. This is the reason I need to measure consistently every week.
I thought I could do it without blogging. I thought I was strong enough but the reality is I really do need it to stay on track.
I have become involved in many many organizations and movements on campus and keeping with those along with my fitness aspirations is sure to be a great challenge and a test of balance.
I can do this! This is an area of my life I care a great about and is very important to me, and if I don't take care of it, I feel I will live in pain forever.
Quoting Lance Armstrong:
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."
